CrossFit stereotype

The prejudice against CrossFit is strong these days, there are very strong uninformed opinions across the world wide web. Truth be told, it’s far more dangerous to sit on your ass all day than doing it.

The methodology is suited and scalable to fit everyone, and it’s simple: “CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity.” (source: http://www.crossfit.com)

With this I’m not saying that it is flawless, Crossfit, Inc gives its affiliated boxes (gyms) and coaches the guidelines and tools by whom the methodology should be applied, but it’s ultimately in the hands of them too properly lead their athletes. And the most common mislead is to put intensity before technique.

So the crazy people of CrossFit OpenBox made a video with a must needed public announcement.
